Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: 02/01/2026

GOShelter, LLC (“GOShelter”) has established this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy to protect the integrity of the GOShelter brand, ensure fair competition among resellers, and maintain consistent pricing in the marketplace.


This MAP Policy applies to all resellers, dealers, distributors, representatives, and third parties advertising GOShelter products in any medium.


1. POLICY SCOPE

This MAP Policy applies to all GOShelter products, including but not limited to:

  • Wearable hands-free canopies
  • Accessories
  • Limited edition colors
  • Future product lines released under the GOShelter brand

This policy governs advertised pricing only and does not restrict the actual selling price in private, one-to-one transactions that are not publicly displayed.


2. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICES

Unless otherwise authorized in writing by GOShelter, the MAP for GOShelter products is as follows:

  • Solid Color GOShelter Wearable Hands-Free Canopy: $129.98 MSRP
  • Specialty Colors (including MultiCam® and Safety Green): $141.98 MSRP
  • Dog Rain Canopy Gear: $89.98 MSRP
  • Ghillie Skin: $323.98 MSRP
  • Pocket Opponent: $34.98 MSRP
  • Privacy Film and Wraps: $12.98 MSRP

Any advertised price below MAP is a violation of this policy.


3. ADVERTISING DEFINITION

“Advertising” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Websites and online storefronts
  • Online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)
  • Digital advertisements
  • Email marketing
  • Social media posts
  • Printed materials
  • Price displayed prior to checkout, including pop-ups or add-to-cart disclosures
  • Strike-through pricing, coupon codes, or percentage-off claims that result in a price below MAP


4. PROHIBITED PRICING PRACTICES

The following practices are not permitted without prior written authorization from GOShelter:

  • Advertising below MAP
  • Advertising “clearance,” “liquidation,” or “closeout” pricing
  • Displaying discounts or promotions that imply pricing below MAP
  • Using automated repricing tools that result in MAP violations
  • Advertising bundles or value-added offers that reduce the advertised price below MAP
  • Advertising GOShelter products as “new” below MAP


5. AUTHORIZED RESELLER STATUS

Only resellers explicitly authorized in writing by GOShelter may:

  • Represent themselves as an “Authorized GOShelter Dealer”
  • Use GOShelter trademarks, logos, or official product images
  • Offer or imply manufacturer warranty coverage

Unauthorized resellers may not advertise or imply authorization, warranty coverage, or affiliation with GOShelter.


6. MARKETPLACE SALES

Unless expressly authorized in writing, resale or advertising of GOShelter products on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay) is prohibited.


GOShelter reserves the right to pursue marketplace takedowns for unauthorized or MAP-violating listings.


7. ENFORCEMENT

GOShelter enforces this MAP Policy at its sole discretion. Violations may result in one or more of the following actions, without prior notice:

  • Written notice of violation
  • Revocation of authorized reseller status
  • Suspension or termination of product supply
  • Removal of access to marketing assets
  • Denial of manufacturer warranty coverage
  • Marketplace listing takedown requests
  • Refusal to fulfill future orders

Repeated or egregious violations may result in immediate termination of the business relationship.


8. UNILATERAL POLICY STATEMENT

This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-negotiable. GOShelter does not seek, require, or accept any agreement or assurance from any reseller regarding compliance.


Resellers are free to determine whether to comply with this policy and to set their own actual selling prices in private transactions.

No GOShelter employee, agent, or representative is authorized to modify or grant exceptions to this MAP Policy unless provided in writing by GOShelter ownership.


9. MODIFICATIONS

GOShelter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this MAP Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication or written notice.
