Replacement & Repair Policy

GOShelter products are constructed using high-performance fabrics and lightweight structural components designed for long-term use. Because of the nature of these materials, replacement options vary by component.

Fabric Components
Fabric panels are not replaceable. For minor fabric damage, GOShelter offers a repair kit designed to extend the life of your product.

Structural Components (Rods & Frame Elements)
Fiberglass rods and structural elements may be eligible for replacement in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper folding, storage, or use is not covered but replacement parts may be available for purchase.

Buckles & Hardware
Small hardware components, such as buckles, may be replaced at GOShelter’s discretion in the event of loss or failure not caused by misuse. Availability may vary by product model and production run.

Hook-and-Loop (Velcro®) Closures
Hook-and-loop closures are considered wear components and are not eligible for replacement.

Goodwill Support
At our discretion, GOShelter may offer one-time courtesy replacements or discounts on parts as a goodwill gesture.
