Limited Lifetime Warranty

GOShelter, LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for the practical lifetime of the product.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, improper folding or storage, misuse, abuse, accident, modification, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

Damage to structural components, including the frame or rods, caused by failure to properly collapse, fold, or store the product according to provided instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty.

At its discretion, GOShelter, LLC will repair or replace defective products or components with the same or a comparable product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
